Thank you for your continued patience as we navigate through this uncertain time.
During the COVID-19 pandemic we are asking ALL clients to call the clinic before coming in for your scheduled appointment.
Until further notice all of our group programs – New Baby Time and Connecting Pregnancy have been cancelled. If you are a part of a Connecting Pregnancy group, please call the office to book an individual appointment with a midwife.–
If you are a postpartum client and remain in our care, (less than 6 weeks since birth) please call the office to book individual appointments with a midwife.
We encourage social distancing as a precautionary measure therefore we will be seeing clients on a minimal prenatal schedule and we ask that whenever possible you consider coming to your appointment alone.
We are committed to providing you care in the most efficient and safest way possible. We will endeavor to make your appointment as efficient as possible so that no one has to sit in a crowded waiting room for an extended period of time. If you have lengthy questions or concerns please email or call the office.

Blue Heron Midwives is looking to recruit 3 or 4 people to help with child minding during the workshops. There is research funding which can pay $20/hour, although volunteers would also be welcomed, making the research dollars go further. We would like one person to have a credential such as ECE or elementary teacher, and the rest can be helpers.
The first two workshops are Feb 10 and Apr 20 and run 9-5. Please contact via email if interested: firstname.lastname@example.org
At the end of last year Janis Herold RM decided to leave Blue Heron Midwives. We are sad to see Janis go and we would like to wish her best of luck in all her future endeavors.
