Join Lindsay Gulanes from Fearless Heart Yoga to learn breathing techniques and stretching that are geared for gently re-building strength and balance. Lindsay will demonstrate some fun poses you can do using your baby as a prop, and postures that are geared towards babies. Lindsay believes that this is a time for patience and compassion towards yourself while recovering and that getting to bond with your baby while creating a tribe of supportive people who are also parents.
Blue Heron parents with babies up to 10 weeks old are invited to join us. Older siblings are welcome too. Please arrive between 9 and 9:30am. The presentation will start at approximately 9:45 am and is finished by 11am.
