Birth Control and Intimacy

Hoda Ghonim from the Shore Centre

“Is sharing sleep with our baby the reason for my partner’s lack of interest in sex?”

New parents usually are busy learning about their baby while experiencing exhaustion and sleep deprivation, it takes time for new mothers to recover from birth, physically and emotionally. However, both moms and dads needs time for intimacy and rest,

Moms needs dad to remind her that she is beautiful and attractive, both of you need to focus on intimacy not sex!

Also, it is time to decide if you need to have a break and not to be pregnant again!!

Join us in our workshop I will run an interactive workshop to provide comfort for new parents to ask questions and get the immediate feedback that make them easily apply the new concepts.

Join Us!

Blue Heron parents with babies up to 10 weeks old are invited to join us. Older siblings are welcome too. Please arrive between 9 and 9:30am. The presentation will start at approximately 9:45 am and is finished by 11am.
